Professional Development classes are filled on a first registered basis.
REMEMBER: To obtain credit in a Key Area you must attend a 2 hour class - OR - you must attend a combination of two different 1 hour sessions in the same key area during summer conference.

Key Note Speaker: Chef Cyndie More information coming soon!
Chef Cyndie has a PhD in Food and Lodging Management obtained through Iowa State University’s Child Nutrition Leadership Academy. She is a Registered Dietitian and culinarian working primarily in school foodservice since 1989. Chef Cyndie has presented numerous hands on and demonstration style food production and food safety classes throughout the U.S. Her specialties include quantity food prepara-tion, recipe development, food safety, work simplification, fresh produce fabrication, nutrition, and merchandizing techniques that encourage customers to make healthier choices. Chef Cyndie knows the importance of exceptional food quality, presentation, and safety.
SNAU's Got Talent: We are willing to put up more than $1,000 in prize money to prove it.
SNA Utah will prove to the world that "We've Got Talent" on Wednesday night. Someone may surprize you ... maybe not ... as we turn the stage over to some of your closest friends who will entertain you as they compete for the cash prize (and a little bit of fame). If you've got talent and want to share, please fill out an application form and submit it to Paula Loveland before May 1, 2013.

Fun & Prizes: Get ready to raffle!
Start working on those wonderful, beautiful quilts to help us raise money. We also need each local chapter to donate an old purse or glitzy hand bag for the cash stash. Let the bidding begin!
Vote! Meet the Candidate
Voting for Vice President and Treasurer will take place during Summer Conference. Take a moment to get to know each candidate before you vote. Members may choose to vote in person on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 or submit an absentee ballot.
House of Delegates: Proposed Bylaw Changes
Take the time to review the proposed bylaw changes and voice your opinion to your local Chapter President or a SNAU Executive Board member. Voting to accept or reject the proposed changes will occur at the House of Delegates meeting scheduled at 3:15 p.m. on June 19, 2013.
