As an organizational/leadership trainer, Todd brings over 25 years of experience working in his family-owned business. As a speaker, Todd’s creative blend of stories, humor and music has provided an inspiring and lasting experience for a large variety of teams and organizations for the past 20 years. As an executive/life coach, Todd utilizes his extensive experience in, and passion for transformational leadership. His approach to coaching is experientially based, drawing on his years working with employees and customers. John Franchi
FOX13 News anchor John Franchi has lived in Utah for nearly seven years and considers the Beehive State home. John began his reporting career covering sports in Grand Junction, Colorado. After several stops across the country, John decided his work could give a voice the those in the community who are often overlooked. That caused him to shift his career from sports coverage to news.
Since making the change, the Emmy award winning anchor has produced stories focusing on issues impacting families. In 2023, his reporting put a spotlight on the growing student lunch debt crisis in Utah. John is also an advocate for animal welfare and enjoys featuring the work being done by Utahans to improve their communities.
